Starbucks

I normally am very happy with this Starbucks. And never leave reviews on things but this morning was retarded. I went and got a complicated latte which they nailed.. And it was done in like a minute which was amazing. But I had also ordered a warmed up peanut butter cookie... I waited 10 min after my drink came before asking if there was some problem with my cookie and if it would be faster just to take it cold... To which they lied and said oh sorry it just went into the heater. 3 min after that I said excuse me but is my cookie done? They went to yes it is and handed me a cold cookie. So after waiting 14 min I had my order and it was wrong. I could have gone home and baked cookies in that amount of time. Just a little upset because they took up almost my whole break and I did not even end up with what I ordered.

Too crowded. Customers can't get from one side of the room to the other without asking people in the line-up if they can move. Staff is constantly changing, and prices keep increasing. They also need to remove that huge table that is taking up valuable real estate for customers. Customers have to crowd at the end to wait for drinks, which blocks others in. Over-priced, over-crowded, over-rated.

I'm not a fan of Starbucks but my wife loves it. I find the wait long and the quality of the drinks to be low and far too sweet. My wife finds the pre-order and pickup to be fast and convenient.

Not difficult to get what is asked for. Hot chocolate does not sound like mocha.
