Very nice staff but sooooo slow. There were two people behind the counter struggling with the morning rush. Meanwhile, some chick is sitting in the back on the computer. Probably the manager writing their schedule, too important to be bothered to help her staff get through the morning. I've been here for 20 min and I still don't have a latte.

It's a Starbucks, so you know what you're getting by going here, but the staff is nice and they make an effort to learn your name and drink

Very slow service. Four people behind the counter, and only one person ahead of me didn't justify a 10 minute wait for ice tea and a croissant. The person who took my order seemed confused and disinterested and not attentive. It took a few minutes to get her attention as she seemed more interested in socializing with her coworkers. The ice tea was decent, but the croissant was stale. Way too pricey for mediocre product and snail's pace service. Very disappointing as a couple years ago the product and service were much better.

Too slow accommodating Mobile orders way more than actual people there. Shouldn't be 4 mobile orders in a row.

This is a great Starbucks location, lots of nice areas to post up and get work done or collaborate with people on various projects. Heavy line and foot traffic at times but where isn't this true? One of the bigger and better locations around town to be sure. Quieter as a whole than the downtown Burlington location.
