By far the best bagel shop around! Jessica, Ashley and the general manager Jason are out standing! I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t received the best service until about a month ago and it’s because I see these 3 daily! Great service, fast, efficient and extremely friendly. They take the time to carry a conversation with you while they are making your food. The shop is clean and organized. I love that too! Thank you for your consistency!

This place is great, I come here all the time. The staff is nice, the seating is excellent, there is a wide drink assortment, and the bagels are by far the best in the area. Today, I decided to write this review because the bagel I ate was outstanding. David, a worker I hadn’t seen in there before, prepared my usual bacon, egg, and cheese on Asiago to perfection. By far the best bagel I had ever had! I would recommend to any bagel fans that you go to Bruegger’s if you want a top-tier bagel.

Horrible service... I walked in and went to the counter, and it took about 5 minutes for the two kids on their cell phone standing there to realize I was actually there. Then they acted like it was a hassle to make me a sandwich. I also heard some very inappropriate statements coming from the general manager. I think his name was Jason? He had some very sexual things to say about one of the girls that was working with him and he didn't realize I was standing right there. I don't know why they haven't reported it, but I feel bad for those girls to work under him. Hopefully Bruegger's does something about this, because when Mike was there everything was amazing. Ever since they've gone under this new management, it seems like they don't care and they just use their employees instead of value them. I'm heartbroken Bruegger's, I had higher hopes in this

Convenient location with good coffee and bagels. Needed a good cleaning at my last visit. The counter running along the front window was greasy and dirty. Please get a bucket of hot soapy water and clean it!
