Was unable to get Coolatas in Kew Haven due to they were cleaning the machine an hour before closing so we drove to Shelburne. Unfortunately the service wasn't any better here either. The drinks were nothing but thick frozen ice. Absolutely no liquid to them at all. An hour and 45 minutes later they are still solid!! Definitely missing something!!

we went at 645pm it didn't close til 8 n we couldn't get anything tht used the ovens because she turned them off n didn't want to use them.
