Starbucks

Team seemed short staffed and rushed, crew member who took my order was extremely nice and hospitable. But the crew member delivering my order was not. No eye contact just dropped my drink said my name and turned around. You have to have all point of contact be superb in order to get 5 stars. I did purchase a mug from Idaho!nnThanks starbucks!

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would I don’t pay eight dollars for a coffee for it not to be made correctly and to be argued with about it. I’m a regular in Pullman and they can always make my drink absolutely perfect but for some reason, it’s this specific Moscow Store that doesn’t know how to make anything. Horrible customer service, horrible baristas, and the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Pullman location on Bishop Boulevard, but do not recommend this store.

The costumer service was so bad. Why be a barista if you don’t want to be polite and at least try to smile? Very rude, don’t come to this one , pullman Starbucks is way friendlier!

Every time I turn around this location doesn’t allow for mobile orders!!!!!!! The moblie orders are turned off!!!!!!! What’s the purpose in that??? Makes no sense whatsoever for a stand alone shop!!!!!!!! I leave, & have left for a diff. store several times!!!!!!!! If y’all are that busy… Hire more ppl.!!!!!!!!!

Quality of drinks and food has declined greatly recently. Employees are always having a bad day. I’m always super nice and I tip, I get that nobody really likes service jobs. At this point though it’s getting a little out of hand. Idk what management is doing to make the workers so miserable
