Normally I get good service but it's happened a few different times now where they got the size of my drink wrong and then they won't fix it when I ask about the size I ordered l. And instead argue with me, even though I say I just want what I paid for can you at least check that I wasn't charged for the larger size.nnI'm giving them a one star because they're not very professional or apologetic about getting the size wrong, I understand that it happens I have worked in food service before too. I'm happy to get what I was charged for but it would at least be nice if they acknowledged that I ordered a different size. And didn't act like I was trying to scam a free drink off them.nnAlso to clarify this normally happens when I order two different size drinks, so I guess I'll just make sure I double check from now on....

They have finally added pre-order to their app. It let's you pick all the things you want; white coffee, extra sweet, etc. The staff is always sweet and cheerful. They take care of everyone that comes thru.

I was going to grab a quick drink and was excited to see there was only one person in line. I got in line ready to order and ended up waiting 10 minutes because the girl in font of me was chatting with the workers her friends. By the time I ordered there was a huge line behind me all waiting for the car in front of me to leave. Workers acknowledged the long line but still talked with the car in front me minutes after receiving her one and only drink.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Hot chocolate was just what I needed.

As a Dutchie, I could not resist the windmill logo. I prefer Timmies but this place has good coffee and friendly employees so would still recommend.
