terrible expericence they called me a girl and called my mother obese even though that is true it is very disacourging for her i was in line for 15 mins some of us have obese mothers to feed!

The coffee is great, of course. The service was very cordial. Most importantly, there are sufficient numbers of tables and chairs to sit down and get work done. Plus the music didn't interfere with work.

The staff at 5 am is very hostile to the Latinos. Especially if they are going to talk about a client by the microphone. Also the group in the afternoon are very sociable and friendly.

Location is not 24 hours. Staff is cheerful and friendly. They do their best to make drinks to preference. I tried a blonde roast while I was working on a school project and the first make was too strong. Got a free refill and the barista reduced the strength. Still a bit too strong, so he tried again, and it was perfect. He's remembered me and my drink ever since. The atmosphere is nice, but, like all Starbucks... It is frakking cold inside, no matter what.

Great location. Great place to get coffee before going shopping. Close to medina hospital
