Starbucks

I have been attending this Starbucks for years, and I have to say. Currently morning or evening this is by far the best staff. Everyone is smiling and happy, and no matter the drink they are always on point. Regardless of how busy no one looks frantic, very good team credit to leadership here!

Whoever just took our order id like to say you were extremely rude, you answered the speaker “what do you want” like we were bothering you. We reiterated the order for you because you were half listening. Then you proceed to mess up our order, we asked for two large and you gave us one small and when we looked at the receipt you messed up the order.nnI don’t know where you can go to find an easier job but obviously this is too hard for you to be nice and get an order correct

I was greeted by a lovely lady I believe her name was Lydia, she was wearing a cute dinosaur bandana, she was very kind to my mom and I, making sure we got the best drinks possible, the workers were fast and did there job well. Overall if you meet a girl named Lydia at this Starbucks just know you’ll get the best service ever!!!

I have never had any issues in the past, but my boyfriend ordered a hot mocha and it was nice that they put the stopper inside; however the lid was bent from pressing on it. When he went to go drink out of it, it spilled on his hand, all over his truck!

Staff was friendly and attentive even when they had a full drive through and busy lobby. My order came out perfectly too!
