Story

Cool Beans has been serving NE Ohio since 2001 and we are so more than just a coffee house! We also offer fresh salads, wraps, paninis, subs, soups and Whitey's Famous Chili.

We ate here for breakfast. The food was subpar at best. But in their defense they did tell us they weren't really a breakfast place ahead of time. However, given that it is a coffee house you would think they would sell more pastries or something. I would like to go back and try their lunch, of which they had a much larger selection. The place was clean and the atmosphere was decent. It is located on Medina square, which lends charms of it own. Reminds me of a college style coffee place. *I upped this rating from 3 to 4 stars based on how the establishment is run. They are always friendly and support other local commerce, the square, and the community.

This is a great spot on the Square. It's fairly large inside. There are smaller tables for sitting and working. It's also a bit loud. I really like the wood and the atmosphere. Our drinks were excellent. As someone who graduated from MHS in '91 it makes me very happy that a place like this is on the Square.

Great place! I came for a baking class with my mom and got a drink beforehand. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Very cozy cafe. Interesting selection of coffees and teas. Nice selection of themed coffees for winter. Some of my family also ordered sandwiches, everyone enjoyed their food and beverages. Would definitely visit again when in Medina.

I love this place. The cranberry chicken salad is my favorite. They have great coffees and cookies. They also hold food classes. Nice location on the corner of the square.
