Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

The food was good, but it was absolutely freezing!!! We had 7 people in our group and we were ALL freezing. We asked the waitress and she just said "I guessed they turned the heat down". We took advantage of the buy a $50 gift card get $10 free...only to find out after we purchased it that we couldn't use it right away. Thank God we had more money. If you plan on visiting anytime soon wear a snowsuit, hat and gloves!

The hostess Thomas was EXTREMELY rude and gave me attitude for asking for a booth and still sat me at a table and the next guest behind us he sat them at the booth and stared me down and made me feel uncomfortable that's not a hostesses job. Kay was so sweet and made the dining experience better. I won't be coming back because of Thomas. But if I had to it would be because of Kay.

As Applebee's go, it's by far the best I've personally been to. Dependable, and surprisingly good food at reasonable prices with great staff. 4 cheese mac and cheese always makes my day. Stinks at most other Applebee's, not here though.

Ordered 2 for 20 with artichoke dip and ranch with fries. Got the ranch on a hot saucer 25 minutes before we got the actual meal. Then they forgot the artichoke dip so the main dish came before the entree. Dollar margaritas are weak and they charge an extra 25 cents for other flavors (5). Better charge your phone before you go there.

First of all, the staff is perfectly fine. Applebee's just isn't good food... Even the water doesn't taste right.
