Starbucks

First, I want to start by saying I've never had a rude employee from here - they are always nice. Unfortunately, that doesn't save this location from being a terrible one. As others have stated, they are terribly slow. I usually go there between 6:45 am - 7:00 am and the cars are between 2-8 deep at that point. My wait times have ranged from 10-25 minutes. What really got me was the 3 different times i was at the window and waited 10 minutes at the window - watching them operate in there made me understand why it takes so long. My final straw was this last week. I also agree with all the other posts in regards to ordering an extra shot. There are too many times where I order an extra shot and do not get one - that is frustrating as there is a reason I wanted an extra one and am paying for it. My last straw was this last week. I ordered a simple creme brulee latte. After waiting long again, I needed to get to work so I grabbed it and ran. As I pull into the office, I notice a different smell, but it wasn't til I sat down at my desk and took a drink of my wonderful chai tea latte - how do you screw that up? And on a side note, how does anyone drink that potpourri?

I went this morning with my mom and sister and set items on the counter and talked about the drinks. 4 worker not one of them ever acknowledged us. One looked at us but walked past without ever saying anything. I usually spend a great deal at Starbucks every week, but I will never go to this location again. We walked out and still no one said anything, clearly they did not care about our sale.

I like strong drinks. So every time I order a drink, I add 2-3 espresso shots, and I swear they never actually add them. I know the difference in the taste, and if I'm paying $8 for a coffee, it is absolutely ridiculous not to make it correctly ONLY at this location, EVERY time I stop here. Officially done visiting this location.

I love Starbucks. But the drive thru here takes forever. I see people who go inside and come out and I'm still sitting in the drive thru. I wish they would figure out their time management for the the drive thru customers. It's suppose to be quick for us and it never is.

I Drive out of my way to go to THIS Starbucks. There is one closer, but they are not as friendly, welcoming, or helpful. I especially love the tippi,g competitions. Go R2D2!!
