New REVIEW 2024 May 18 ****** I will keep this review simple and direct. I got 3 coffees, they all had something wrong with them. There is a barista promise, Laurie, told me not to come back here if I do not like the coffee. She told me that there are a lot of scams going on. And next time, I should do a taste test on the spot. She decided not to remake the coffees because her ego didn’t allow her to.nnWorst possible service, she was even laughing about it with her colleagues about how she flicked me off. Not the first time that it happens, and I mentioned it, she said when they put sugar pumps, it is half of what other Starbucks put. I told her that’s fine, I don’t know that, they taste different from Starbucks to Starbucks. She could have just added 2-3 extra pumps, but she decided to hold her position of strength over the client.nnI made a complaint at the ombudsman office of Starbucks and a district manager should be resolving this issue promptly next week.nnHer tone and the way she treated me was absolutely disgusting. And told me not to come back.nnAs much as I hate to say it, how about you do your job right, so I don’t need to come back every time. It is not her paying, and it was absolutely out of line of even telling what to do. If something isn’t good, and the quality is not up to standards, this should not even be a debate.nn******nHorrible ice coffee. Went for an ice coffee, it tasted from a mix of water and rotten coffee. I went back in, I told her thar it might be the oat milk and too watery. She made me a new ice americano coffee. The coffee alone tastes horrendous. Even my girlfriend said it was nasty. She used to work there and told me that they probably changed the coffee and the milk.nnAll that being said, I spent 7-8$, got rotten water. They did refund me though and were very nice about. The staff is kind and probably overwhelmed and they were locking the doors at 2:30pm. So they’re probably closing earlier on a sunny day and gave me really bad quality coffee. I posted a few a pictures, as good as it looks, it doesn’t taste it.

Asked for green tea latte and got coffee. The server was not paying attention to what she was doing. The Starbucks on Welland Ave. Is a disaster!

Excellent service from friendly staff. The drinks are always delicious. It’s mostly a take-out Starbucks, but there is some seating inside.

It has such a nice vibe to it! The staff were also very kind and they told me to have a nice day when I got my order!!

I enter, order and while waiting for my order they tell me I can not be with my dog in my arms inside. ‍ Bit late. Print a sticker on your door
