Quieter than the Starbucks in Ladner, which makes it a nicer place to have a bite to eat, grab a Reserve coffee and browse the internet.

Their new location feels fresh and is very clean. The locals meet there. Grocery store, post office and banks are all nearby. One stop gets many things done
