We stopped by after dinner on Monday. There were not much people, no wait time. The roastery looks like a museum with fresh bakery and coffee. Everything coffee, everything Starbucks. This is definitely a must see in Seattle.
The food and the coffee..... I'm happy that I got to visit this place. It was beautiful, a whole vibe! I loved how you could get coffee on one side then travel to the other side for your alcoholic beverage then travel to the bakery side. It was definitely a neat experience for a Starbucks fan.
