Great service this morning coming round the drive-thru! Bisma & Rachel were friendly & attentive at the window, and our drinks were spot on!

Love visiting Starbucks at Hamilton Palace! Really quick service and the staff are super friendly! Plus my dogs love their pupuchinos! Parking: Loads of parking available Dietary restrictions: A couple of really delicious gluten free options and the staff are well trained in different food allergies

Was in this Starbucks branch recently, and staff were very attentive with my allergens. I was served by a lovely girl called Skye, who was empathetic with my allergen situation, telling me that she did in fact have an allergy herself. This made my experience much more enjoyable as having a friendly member of staff like Skye made me feel safe with my allergies. Will definitely be back! Dietary restrictions: Staff were well knowledgeable in allergens and milk alternatives!

My go to Starbucks, always love coming here for a late night coffee with friends. The staff are so lovely and friendly and it is such a nice atmosphere in store, so relaxing if you were to go work or read a book there also! I get my Starbucks fix from the Hamilton branch and they are amazing I get my coffee delivered by just eat or deliveroo depending on what one shows the store as open and I love the wee smiles on my coffee bags just makes my day. I don't get out and about much due to my asthma and sciatica so this is my lil treat and the reusable coffee cups are the best!!!! Honestly 5 and can't forget that the kids love the cream no coffee frappe as well as cakes

Great service I ordered a peach ice tea with lemonade was brilliant one of the best I’ve had. Such friendly staff, girl called Rachel always makes u feel so welcome and always has a smile on her face.

Service is always quick. The coffee was nice. I don't often eat here, but the food is OK. The staff are always helpfulFood: 4/5

Really enjoyed Starbucks Hamilton palace, incredibly quick and kind service by a young lad named Callum whom even my wife insisted on leaving a review for due to his work. P.s. Both of us have accents due to being from Bosnia so I'm surprised he understood us as well as he did!
