Country Style Donuts
"In 1963, the first County Style opened in Canada featuring a delicious combination of great-tasting coffee and over 50 varieties of freshly baked doughnuts. A lot has changed in Canada over the 55+ year history of Country Style, but one thing that hasn’t changed is our superb coffee which is still made with the same high quality blend of beans that our customers have grown to love. Handpicked from the finest coffee mountains in Central and South America, our 100% premium Arabica beans are roasted in small batches ensuring optimum freshness and seizing the full aromatic flavour of quality coffee that truly sets us apart from the rest. As we continue to build on our strong history, we look forward to an even more exciting future."

Country style Donuts.. what can you say it's Donuts are the worst I have ever had.plain ball of dough...and that was a apple fritter. Half coffee and half hot chocolate was good.. food must be soon plain i hear employee wanting too buy food from. Some wear else.
Have waited so long to have an Apple Fritter and Eclair from Country Style. Loved everything. Wish there were more stores around.Food: 5/5
Very first time coming to country style decided to pop in after getting gas. My E Clair donut, or whatever it might’ve been was outrageously disgusting. The chocolate on top crumbled and cracked like the cement/asphalt on Burlington Street here in Hamilton. The chocolate from my eclair fell everywhere in my vehicle all over my coat and in my purse. It actually tasted like it was a week old donut. The sides of the eclair was hard and the whip tasted stale. Thank God it was easy to clean up as the chocolate was rock hard. My first time visiting and definitely will be my last
It's unfortunate that there is almost no consistency with how products are prepared at this location, especially considering the price of them which seems to fluctuate depending on who is working at the time - just another problem I have! There are only 2 women on staff who can make an ice cappuccino and they always taste the same. After visiting this location daily sometimes more than once! for well over a year now it is apparent that the others either don't care to or are purposely not making them correctly. Admittedly, I had complained a couple of times a few months ago and requested that what I was given be remade because they were completely flavour-less tasting only like milk mixed with ice and it was made apparent that my doing so was viewed as a problem because the service I had been receiving from a couple of the "regulars" who work Monday-Friday during the morning changed and they became less friendly, curt/short with responses to me at the mic and very little pleasantries exchanged at the window. I stopped complaining for fear the drinks would just get worse but they did anyway and now more often than not I am left disappointed with the product I receive because they don't taste good! At the price of almost $10 for 2 drinks $9.70 for 2 large ice cappucinos, I think it's well past time to find a new establishment to get coffee from!
This place was recommended for its good sandwiches and good prices. We blt on a bagel. The bagel was very fresh and ssndwich was good. They had several sandwiches on the menu. I was not expecting a donut place to have this selection. Ov re all great little place to grab a meal. Price was right and coffee was great also
Me and my husband came this afternoon to grab some food and the server was so rude like she doesn’t know a thing about customer service. When I placed my order, I wasn’t done yet and she just walked off in the middle of me giving my order and when she gave me my food I asked her something about the order and instead of replying she said Okay bye!! Like she didn’t wanted to reply. Never coming back here ever again just because of the rude Blonde server.
The coffee at country style is definitely much better than McD and Tim Hortons. It tastes rich and fresh. The baked goods are also delicious. I love the chocolate chip muffin.
The quality had gone down since 2015. I remember going country style, and they had bigger "country bites". Now, the size of each one is smaller, drier, and poorly baked. The "chocolate" ones look red/off brown in colour. This company uses a cheap paper bag now to "box" your country bites/donuts. While Tim Hortons may still use boxes, Country Style at least has some real pastry-like taste to their country bites, even though it went down in quality over the years. They used to have normal boxes to store pastries in. Sadly, I cannot believe how terrible the staff were at this location in terms of counting. I ordered a 20 pack and they only put 18 bites in there, mostly coconut, which is the worst flavor and that was after I asked them to mix more chocolate ones in, as this was for a group. So they cannot count and do not care about requests. At least the hot chocolates tasted ok. But overall, so sad to see how low this company has gone. I should add: Someone from work had bought a sandwich and donut from their breakfast menu last week and showed me: it was terrible. Soggy, and plain tasteless donut. It is like the cheapest ingredients and no quality control now. I am sorry that I even gave this place another chance despite what I was told
The cinnamon donut was all dough not cooked through. Not sure what's going on becasue it never used be like that
All day breakfast. Tasty sandwiches with fluffy eggs. Classic breakfast, small coffee, and peanut butter cookie came to $6.81. Free WiFi: Bell606/CAC3A97E.
