OKO Bagels

Montreal bagels served in the CBC building on James Street. They're a takeout counter occupying a small space near the entrance. Friendly staff, who are very busy zooming around. They have a good selection of bagels, flavored cream cheese, and popular sandwiches. We loved the rosemary sea salt and everything bagels! They were also toasted how I like em. Smoked salmon and Caprese are a must-try, same with the fig and cheese if you have a sweet tooth! Disclaimer: We were gifted these bagels to try.

Nice fresh bagels and friendly service! I had the smoke salmon on a rosemary & sea salt bagel with a hazelnut latte and both were delicious! We would definitely come back!

Tucked inside the Radiant hair salon is the OKO bagel counter where they serve Montreal style bagels in both the usual flavours and unique ones like rosemary sea salt and coconut and a variety of store made cream cheeses or you can order one of their many sandwiches like a BLT, breakfast sandwich, Caprese stacked with toppings or a personal fav of a sweeter option is the fig and cheese topped with Arugula, fig jam and goat cheese.

If you’re in downtown Hamilton I highly recommend heading into OKO Bagels! The bagels are fresh, and loads of filling for the bagel sandwiches. The cream cheese flavour options are always soooo good The jalapeño cream cheese is a particular favourite of mine. If you’re wanting a sweeter choice for the bagel sandwich, the fig and goat cheese is out of this world. The BLT is classic and delicious and the breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon and cheese is the perfect way to start a morning. The smoked salmon is amazing, though I still need to try the smoked trout option before making a final decision on which I prefer, lol!

11 dollar breakfast bagel comes with less then half of an egg and 1 piece of skinny bacon. Ordered 3 sandwiches and they delivered 2. Although I get a refund for the missing sandwich, it does me no good when I have to order something else now. Don’t waste your money. The quality, competence and quantity just aren’t there. I tried it once and will never make that mistake again.

Lady working was lovely, polite and professional. I was flabbergasted when I was told the beef Sandwich and one large coffee would come to a total of $18.04 The Bagel Sandwich ordered was equally poorly assembled. Visited on a Monday morning and the customer service was great. I got 3 bagels gifted and they were toasted and made fresh to order. Everything bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese, rosemary salt bagel with avocado and egg whites, and onion bagel caprese. Big fan of the rosemary salt bagel! I would definitely return!

The bagels were great! The beef sandwich was my favourite!!

I pre-ordered 1 and a half dozen bagels to pick up and bring to a friend's cottage for the weekend, 4 days in advance. When we picked them up they didn't have my order ready, which was fine. The person working blamed the owner and said they always forget to send them the orders. We also ordered two bagel sandwhiches for lunch while we were there. When we got home to eat we were surprised that our lunch bagels were stale. We checked the packaged order and those bagels were also very stale, plus there were two missing from the order. Super disappointing and embarrassing to show up to the cottage and offer stale bagels for breakfast. Definitely will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Bagel sandwiches are absolutely delicious! Lots of bagel options, so be prepared to make hard decisions! 100% will recommend to my friends and family! Excellent customer service as well, very friendly!
