The drinks are good as in any other Starbucks! I found this Starbucks to be very chill and not crowded so that’s great as well! The staff was very kind!
This is my favorite Starbucks location of all time. Located on Woodward Avenue in a strip center at Normandy Road. There is no drive-through. However, this is by far the friendliest staff I have ever seen! The folks here know me by name and always are so happy to see me!
Been ordering here for about a month now and it’s the most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m so happy to get my drink here every morning. They have my drink ready minutes before the estimated wait time. Each worker has a pleasant and cheerful attitude. The team works so well together and I’ll go out of my way to go to this Starbucks instead of the one on my route.
The staff was really really nice and the service was exceptional. Of course the price was terrible. I didn’t realize Starbucks could get more expensive. Smh
I was in Starbucks last week around 7 am to get an ice coffee and breakfast sandwich. I waited a few extra minutes for the sandwich, and the kindest employee named Diamond took notice, asked what I was waiting on, complimented me on how patient I was, and put a special request to have it made. She then gave a card for a beverage on the house next time I come in. Diamond was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to not only her job, but her customers as well. I can’t thank her enough for delivering a top notch customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Starbucks on Woodward Royal Oak again.
I’m a pretty frequent flier at this Starbucks. It spacious and doesn’t smell as bad as other Starbucks... not sure why I find some Starbucks smell like toilet :/ the coffee and food here is pretty standard. It could take them some time to get your orders if it’s at a busy time. And like this morning, one of the employees forgot about my grande coffee and it tools about 15 minutes while everyone else that ordered free me got their stuff
This is usually my go to Starbucks but today I was really disappointed and so decided to share this. Ordered a flat white but the cup had a lot emptiness on top and the amount of foam would put a cappuccino to shame. Also, there was no sign of the cinnamon dolce shots I had on order. I know Starbucks has better standards for consistency of drinks and I know they are capable to do better. This must have been a one off error and not be a Karen but maybe next time I'll go back to the store and request the proper drink. Should have taken a sip right away instead of waiting till I got back home. Update: ordered the same drink a couple of days after for redemption. It was a success.
I have been going here a couple times a week and this time the place had maybe 3 people in store , a few barristas behind the counter and they were BS and forget my order. Not cool .

Love the variety of seating arrangements, including the large community table. Baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. If you order by app, I find the estimated time the order is ready is ALWAYS accurate at this location.Food: 5/5
