Horrible customer service skills. The manager should get another job if he's so miserable working with people. Putting someone's card in and walking away is not proper customer service etiquette. Let's be happy and friendly while at work - whether you have hundreds of high school kids to serve or not. FIX YOUR ATTITUDE. DO. BETTER. Never coming here for my coffee ever again. Rather pay extra for Starbucks or Tim's to be treated with respect.
They leave up discount and sale promotions and do nothing when you ask them why you didn't receive the advertised discount or points. They have had a buy two ice cream deal sign up for 3 weeks, every time I try and buy two ice creams and ask about the promotion the employee just stares at me blankly. I have been trying to get my lost 7 card replaced but on my second attempt was told to call customer care. It is not busy when I try to get my card replaced either. At least the first time the guy went looking for cards, but they were out I guess and never bothered to order more. I'm looking to go grab some things right now at 2am, and despite 7 being across the street I am seriously considering driving 20 minutes to the nearest Circle K. I just came on here to check the reviews for the 3 or so 7s that are closer, but it is not looking good.
The worst ever service in any 711 the names of the employees are mandeep a lady and shivam a guy misbehaving with customer with me please check the cameras and respond to this nonsense behaviour time 9:50 to 9:55 pm april 18th 2023. The stressing point is they dont even care working in the store. when i asked manager number they said like we wont give to if you want you can wait till morning 7 am here, this was their response. Never ever go to the store. thanks for the experience
The manager apparently was trying to fix the coffee machine so he was standing near the machine while I was getting my coffee like I do every day. I had a bigger sized cup and he told me I couldn’t use that cup for my coffee. I was listening to music so I didn’t really understand what he was saying but then he proceeded to argue With me about what sized cup I should be using. I told him ok but I was already using the cup I originally had then he proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me for the larger size which is totally fine although it came out to over 5$ lol for a 7/11 coffee really? I just thought the whole thing was ridiculous and rude. You shouldn’t have a open gas station coffee bar if you’re going to get mad at people for using a different cup then the one you want them too also for 5$ a coffee you could hire a barista at that point if this is such a big deal I had no idea there was rules around which cup I should be using I pretty much come here everyday the staff is super nice but After my experience with the owner/manager whoever he was I won’t be coming here anymore. No wonder this place has so many negative reviews I see where it comes from.
Employee was working on Friday June 3rd 2022 Time the event occurred 8:00-8:30 I just went to 7-Eleven just a regular day you know getting my Red Bull and I proceed to check out and get my delicious Red Bull and oh wow…… Absolutely disgusting this lady takes the change she is going to give back To me places that dirty sterling silver nickel 5 cent coin right on top of where I drink where I place my lips…… a pandemic just went on and people‘s number one priority in the workplace is hygiene right now and that is not hygienic at all and simply rude I work in customer service so I deal with some grumpy customers but this…. I’m sorry I would never do that at my job because that would get someone extremely mad if I did that to somebody so you can’t even say I was just another grumpy customer because no I wasn’t it was disgusting even if my one of my friends put the coins on where I drink I would still be mad unacceptable.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to going to this 7-11, because I went there recently to buy 2 apple fritters. The price for the each was $1.79 on the tag beside the the apple fritters, but I noticed as the guy was ringing them up the price on the register was $1.89. I asked him why was he charging me a different price than what was advertised and he said sorry he couldn't change the price. This is false advertising and price gouging. And I have the receipt to prove it . I'm gonna report this, but I'm only posting here first to warn other people to check the price before and after to purchase anything there.
Went in looking for a hot dog at 12 am when I have never had a problem at any other 7/11 in the past. When you walk all the way to 7/11 at midnight you expect normal offerings to be there. Unbelievable customer service, will never shop here again
This location has been my local 7/11 for more than 25 years. The service is terrible no matter what time of day or night you go. They have reorganized the store now that there isn't a post office however it always appears to be a mess or incredibly dirty and sticky.
The employee named Dev is very rude. The pizza orders are not take night, the only reason given by the employees is that they are cleaning the oven. I do not recommend 7-11 on royal oak.
Hey, here at 1am, customer service is lying and saying the door is jammed. Guess 7-eleven just doesn't want business.
