I give 5 stars to Star Laser without any hesitation. I couldn't had been happier with the results. The hair is 99.5% gone and my skin is soft and smooth like a baby skin. The place is very welcoming and the owner goes well beyond her way to make sure every customer is happy with the results. Stop waxing, go to Star Laser. You will be happy with the results!

All appointments I booked were running late. Each time I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. There’s a serious problem with overbooking clients or lack of staff since I signed up for a year last March. It’s disappointing considering the price I paid for my treatments. I always had to put more $ in the meter for my car or I was late for my classes afterwards. I won’t be able to recommend this place unless they improve their customer service. Even if I’m bilingual I would appreciate being greeted in French/English since we are in Quebec. The receptionist insists on speaking English because it’s easier for her. I just heard her speaking in French to a non-bilingual customer and I’m shocked to find out that her French is fluent enough. I don’t mind a bilingual approach but a lot of customers DO mind to not be served in French in a French speaking province.

Laser tattoo removal: Picture is just after one treatment results. Athina is skilled and sweet, I was fully confident in her hands. She made me perfectly comfortable and I can already see results after just the first treatment. I couldn't recommend it more! (L. by Groupon feedback)

The clinic looks old, dirty, and worn out. The manager confirmed that that the technicians are certified however not a single certificate is visible in the technician’s room. Very sketchy! All technicians at clinics display their certificate. The plastic covering on the bed had black mold patches underneath. The technician did not sanitize any equipment when the treatment was done, and I was there for a while to get dressed. The technician did not speak a word of English so my questions could not be answered. They never answer the phone too. The Groupon has an extra fee for opening a file- what file? The client completes the forms online on a tablet, and that’s it. Any review claiming ‘ world class’ clinic is obviously a friend of the manager. As for any negative review, I believe it from my own personal experience.

Montreal’s Best Kept Secret! State of the art machinery at a fraction of the cost of luxury spas/ salons. As a client of Star Laser, I have sent others who have saved a bundle and have achieved the same if not better results than the laser salons they originally were clients of. Clean and effective!
