Mostly this is a great place to shop. It is a little hit and miss to find someone knowledgeable on some of the technical questions on the products.

I used to always think of Staples as an office supply outlet and print centre, but in addition to their still great job of doing that has become one of the computer and accessory go-to places in our community.

Shout out to pc palace for letting me pay debit to order the laptop I wanted. They even beat staples' price on it by 300 dollars.

Thanks to young lady that was working in printing yesterday! We needed 180 cards printed last minute and she was able to get it done.  Even with the printer jams, and all the cutting she got everything done! Our community appreciated it so much!! Great customer service on her end!! :

Tiffany in the print shop gets my 5 star rating in customer service! I stopped to print a few items but she kindly explained the stores printer had been down for repair.  Although it was working again they were not able to accommodate same day printing at the counter due to back log so she happily and patiently walked me through the self-serve printers. She returned a couple of more times to make sure things were printing smoothly and that I was happy with the quality Thanks Tiffany!

Great service excellent selection of home office and school items

Staff are so always helpful and cheerful. They know where everything is so if you can't find something they walk you to it rather than just say "it's in aisle 6". They go the extra mile. Must have sore feet at the end of the day. Great selection too.

Rude service at copier counter. Asked what I needed then before I could finish my sentence I was shown the copiers and I can do it myself because she was busy with 2 huge orders. I explained that I didn't get to finish my sentence and wanted laminating done as well to my copies. And it wasn't a rush. I told her I can't believe I'm getting service like this, she said well I just want you to know it's not getting done today. I never said they needed to be done this day. Made the whole transaction awkward.

Good place to buy office supplies. Prices a little high. Some staff seem to pretend they don't see you if you are wearing dirty work clothes. I stood in the aisle for 15 minutes as staff walked right by or pretended not to see me, even asked for help and he said "someone will help you shortly" so i bought my gaming laptop at the source instead. Staples missed out on a $1,300 sale. Oh well, better luck next time.
