I visited Staples Yellowknife twice in one day for lamination services, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.nnDuring my first visit, I had several documents laminated and was charged $2.99 per sheet, which seemed reasonable. When I returned later for one additional document, the price suddenly increased to $5.29. I suspected they might have used a thicker laminating film, which I understand and would not have had an issue with — but I just wanted to clarify the price difference.nWhen I politely asked about it, the staff member who assisted me who I later learned was the manager responded in an unexpectedly rude and dismissive way. Instead of explaining the pricing calmly, he told me he “didn’t even charge me the service fee” and bluntly asked if I wanted to be charged $14.13, which was the total from my first visit. His tone was unprofessional and made me feel as though I was being scolded for simply asking a question.nnGood customer service, especially from a manager, should involve clear communication and respectful interaction. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, which is unfortunate because I normally like Staples for quick business services.nI hope the store can work on improving customer service and communication, especially when customers are just trying to understand their charges.
Always have a great experience. If I am unable to find anything staff will always help. Store Manager Dalvinder is always super friendly and helpful. Always explain in details and make sure you get thenright product according to your needs.

Chronically understaffed and slow service. Staff not knowledgeable about most basic office supply needs. Store seem to be more focused on quick pick ups than good/knowledgeable office supply needs. Shipping services is worse!
