Worst service ever. No help even when asked. Staff k ew nothing about the products I was looking for. I went for pens and a metal clipboard. Just plain idiots. No class what so ever.
The workers are friendly and helpful. It's almost always never crowded so you can be in and out in a giffy
Not impressed at all with the current staff. Service has definitely gone down hill over the years. Did not like their covid measures. I actually asked a staff person to say a sentence without covid in it. Staff person could not. I took my desktop in for servicing, paid for it. But not sure what was done or wrong with it. The service ticket had nothing on it other than the comments I made when I first brought it in. They have been much better in the past.
Really bad experience as we went to take passport pics for our 3 month old baby. The photographer apparently the manager as well took her sweet time 20+mns to take our pics without any proper equipmentcamera battery run out or infant seating. We actually had to put our baby on the floor on a piece of cardboard with our blanket and after 3 tries she still couldn't take a decent photo. She refused to accept that as per passport Canada, infanta can sit in their car seats covered with a white blanket. At the end , I told her that you should advertise that you arent able to take infant pics so families don't go through our trouble but she tried to give me excuses that she is professional and has done it before in a bigger and better equiped store in Calgary. No customer service at all with no apology.
You can find stuff other stores dont carry for shipping products and not as expensive as everything else in the store. Customer service a little lack luster. Not a huge selection but I did buy my tablet from here for the same price as what was on Amazon so that was awesome
I went in to pick up a print service order for someone else, and do a self serve scan and send order for myself. The order was prepared, ready to go, and my self serve order went through easy as gravy. The store itself was incredibly clean and organized as per covid19 precautionary regulations. The manager was at the front of the store making sure that everyone was following the regulations, and keeping everyone safe. I appreciated all of the manager and her teams hard work. Keep it up!
The print shop is unable to get a simple PDF off an iPhone or Google Drive when they advertise they can. Staff were friendly but they don’t have “high enough access”. Overall waist of time, will not go back.
They only have a few good staff that are very friendly and approachable, the rest give you the eye like they want to hurt you, even when you spend couple hundred and just picking up online order. Their best staff works in the back out of site, keep your friendly workers up front staples.
I had a conversation with an employee, might have been a manager. I bought some items and asked for 2bags to be paid for as-well. She didn't charge me for the bags, I tried leaving change on the counter yet she didn't accept it. I asked to talk to other employees about the bags, they also said that the bags are free. So I left with them... the bags... was that a social gankingmultiple people "ganging" up on me? Did i steal the bags? Please recognizes that these kind of "events" occur.
Staff usually friend. Store never busy when I have shopped and I can usually find what I need. Store is surprisingly big for the size of Yellowknife, which I am thankful for. Shopping can be a challenge in Yellowknife.
