I didn't purchase the new stove that arrived to my apartment this morning (I'm a tenant), so I can't speak to in-store service, but I called Arctic Appliance yesterday and the service I received over the phone was very friendly. I also had a very positive delivery experience today complete with verbal instructions about using my new stove. Thanks!

I had an odd experience here -- I tried Arctic Appliance because in my mind they provide the value-add service rather than just ordering online. I needed a new fridge, new stove and new dishwasher. After getting lost in a morass of online info, I thought I'd rather give AA the business, provided they (being the knowledge experts) would do some basic legwork of providing me a couple options. I called them, gave them the details, and rather than writing them down, they asked me to e-mail my specs. I did. A week later I hadn't heard back, so I called and they asked me to re-send the e-mail. I did. Two weeks after that I STILL hadn't heard, so I sent the e-mail for the THIRD time. The only response I got was they didn't think they could find the kind of fridge I wanted (Small but bottom-freezer) which is fair enough but then they just referred me to their websites to do the legwork myself. I guess I'll just order online from Home Depot or something.
