My 20 year old son has been ordering products online & having them delivered direct to your store. The customer service he has been receiving from an older female member of staff has been absolutely disgraceful . She has been openly and publicly rude to him when he has turned up to collect his packages, sending him away even though were on the premises. My wife had to go with to collect the items as he was shaken by this lady's dismissive attitude. She also lied about him to make it appear my son had been making a nuisance of himself asking for the package, She did this publicly both times, in obvious attempt to drive him away.nIf Staples want to provide a pick-up service in Yarmouth this member of staff needs to be STRONGLY reminded that she is working in customer service for everyone that comes in the store. If I spoke to my customers the way she spoke to my son, I wouldn't have a business for very long.
Usually the customer service here is great, but the older lady at the counter today was completely rude and unhelpful. Made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her with my presence.
I needed help making prints on self serve printer. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prints turned out perfect!
Was disappointed in the service. We had come to this location on several different occasions to print off photos, and then saying we could not get the picture size we wanted.A senior staff member encouraged us to go on line to do it ourself, and they would have it shipped at an extra cost. Also stating that Walmart could not give us the size of photo we wanted either was in poor form. We went directly to your competition and was quickly and efficiently given what we were looking for.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. I was encouraged to look around and came away with a new printer, paper and ink. With a discount coupon no less.
