The worst manager, very rude non helpful. I tried returning a item the next because it wasn’t the right thing so she had told me I couldn’t return unless I had the right card which is fine but then told me if I had Apple Pay I could so I went through all the trouble to activate Apple Pay then I get in there and she informs me very rudely that they don’t have tap on returns I feel if you are the manager you should be friendly and know things. Also drove back the next day was very rude again was going to buy an item but she was so rude I probably will never buy from there as long as she is!

Not impressed at all with your customer service. My daughter brought back a winter jacket she bought 4 days prior because it was twisting at the seam . When asked to order her a new one your response was " Oh it's not that bad and she was over reacting ". Only can order another if it's over $250. This is unacceptable and not professional at all. Your device shouldn't be all about selling things , it should be about satisfaction for the customer. After all the money she has spent at your store and this is how things are delt with. Very disappointing.. it also changes a person's view as to how things will be handled if there is a problem with something purchased at your store! Shopping local isn't always best I guess
