Called this morning made an appointment , drove into town , dropped my truck off, 10 mins later called me and asked if they could reschedule for 2pm. Thats 4 hours later. I booked my appointment 2 hours ago, they knew they were behind before I ever showed up here, could'nt be bothered to call an say anything. You should have known you were behind before I was dropping it off. I drove 30 mins into town for this. Why should I expect anything else from Canadian tire. Just wasting people's time.

I went in to get my headlights beam adjusted. The first mechanic worked on it but didn’t manage to fix the alignment, yet I was still charged $110. On top of that, not all the screws were put back properly and the left headlight access cover was left open.nnI called to complain and they asked me to come back. The second time, a different technician worked on it. The beam was adjusted, but it was now pointing strongly to the left. When I got home, I noticed the headlight access cover was missing entirely ,it seems like it was either not reinstalled properly or removed and not put back at all.nnAfter that, I ended up watching a few online videos and managed to fine-tune the LED bulb collar and adjust the beam myself using the adjustment screw. It’s frustrating because these are basic things, and I’m not sure what exactly was done during the second visit.nnOverall, I’m pretty disappointed with the experience.

Canadian Tire absolutely delivered. Walked in expecting the usual chaos of a big box store, but instead I was greeted by a staff so helpful I started wondering if they were being held hostage and forced to be this pleasant. The place was spotless, everything I needed was actually in stock a miracle, and the automotive team handled my service so efficiently I half-expected them to hand me adoption papers for my car.nnFantastic experience overall. If every store ran like this one, society might actually stand a chance. Highly recommend.

Tried to return items...they told me no receipt no refund....no more gift cards....so will try not to shop there anymore...as per new owners...
