That was an incredible experience. The staff is friendly and they are true professionals. Everything was done quickly and with high quality. I recommend this store to everyone. Moreover, when I switched to the Bell operator, they gave me an amazing gift—a $450 gift card. I immediately bought myself a QLED TV. I'm just overwhelmed with emotions.

Trying to get in touch with geek squad local store impossible. A 1800 number to AI that doesn’t connect the dots tells me no account can’t help. My Sony Bravia 55 inch decided to not work anymore. Trying to see if it can be fixed and I will probably have to get a new one that’s it. Tried calling local store only get AI so why should I pay a couple grand at your store. Make the experience easier not close the door before it’s open.

Greg was super nice and informative. Super helpful when it came to a situation where one of us needed a something immediately and he had us in and out and set with a great price. He was clear and honest, gave us good advice, was able to answer any question and was overall just really nice.nI’m always given good service when I’m there.

Super helpful, and friendly. Came in cause I had started a data plan a couple weeks prior at another location but it never started working. Brannon greeted me at the door and spent a good half hour working with me to get it fixed. Super knowledgeable folks who clearly are interested in what they do.
