Best Buy

Please address the long wait times at checkout. There’s almost always a long line, with only one cashier available at a time—even on busy weekends. While there are two other checkout points, they are often unmanned. It would help to have a dedicated lane for customers with questions and another for those simply purchasing items. The long wait times have forced me to leave without completing my purchase on several occasions.

Was in last few hours of closing, bought my monitor couldn’t buy my desktop that night. Returned following morning and wouldn’t honor the sale price.nWill be going out of my way to avoid Best Buy Saint John.

Saint John has got to be the worst location.nEchos of wisdom had a pre order bonus for Best Buy and GameStop only in Canada.nnIt happened to be released on my b day and I got them to locate an entire pallet out back of the game which they claimed did not exist in their store that day.nnThe day I attempted to pre order I was assured it would be fine due to the last release having so many left afterwords copies/bonus’nnMoral of the story their systems need to be thrown in the trash and just copy any other stores.nThen these mistakes would not exist.nnWhy depend on Best Buy for anything but a full priced upgrade in a pc I’m not sure.

Went to buy a computer and nothing good on the shelf was in stock. So many staff ask for help I usually get anxiety and buy nothing when I come here.

Jordi and Ray provided excellent customer service! I had a lot of questions and they were very patient! They were also very knowledgeable. I appreciated their advice and honesty.
