Customer service was great. I forgot some important documents while using their photocopiers, and when I went back the next day, the managers had saved it aside for me. They have some good and helpful staff as well!

I went there to buy a printer/scanner and the staff was very knowledgeable and gave me enough information that I could make and educated decision.

My Laptop Hard Drive was failing, making grinding noises, so I headed for Staples in the Park Wood Mall. It has excellent Technicians I had been told. The Sales Tech helped me find an HP Desktop on sale, the other devices I needed and scheduled their top Technician, an Engineer, to transfer the data and install a new Hard Drive in my old Toshiba, which I had purchased at Staples 10 years ago. All the work was done very well and at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend their Service and Sales Technicians very highly.
