What’s the point in blaming the “canada post strike” here for the big line up? it’s started only couple of days ago.nnKindly hire new staff for the shipping and print section or train them for proactive. Waited for more than 25 minutes..nnMoved to Prince George two weeks ago and it’s been like this since then so not blaming Canada post

Shoutout to the woman who took my infants passport photo today. You were so gentle and kind and we got it done in no time at all. The customer service I have had in both the photo centre and parcel centre has been excellent.

I am giving one star each for the two phenomenal staff who were hustling at the printing station this evening, you both are doing an excellent job and this review is not about either of you. Good work.nThis location is clearly understaffed, and I really feel for the lovely staff who were doing their best to get through requests as promptly & politely as they could. However, it still took 10 minutes to even speak to someone about an order that was meant to be prepared 4 days prior on a Tuesday which, knowing it's a busy time of year, I waited until the end of the week to pick up just in case, but it still hadn't been processed yet.nWhat the heck!! Figure it out, y'all.

Bought a desktop two years ago and shut down. Took it to a repair shop and was told the motherboard shorted out and unrepairable. Called Staples 8 times over 2 daysbefore I got an answer and was told there is nothing they can do. I would have liked an exchange for the same desktop but their return policy is two weeks after purchase. I barely used the desktop and feel ripped off from Staples and will let everyone know of my terrible experience.

Horrible service from the bell representative. I had to tell her 3 times I was buying the phone outright, then only after that she told me I had to go elsewhere to replace my Sim card
