Ashley has been a pain to deal with from the beginning. We’ve been trying to order in a sectional and both my gf and her dad have been treated poorly through the whole process. The item we ordered was originally only supposed to take a couple weeks and its been delayed 3-4 times. We still don't have our couch nor do we know for sure when it will be in. If we had a choice, we would cancel the order all together but unfortunately we want this particular couch. If you want good service and honest information I recommend going elsewhere.

In each instance of our dealings with the staff of Ashley HomeStore, we have received exceptional customer service. From start to finish we felt taken care of without pressure and we were pleased with the experience. With their help and guidance we were able to find the perfect table and accessory that we didn't even consider to make our living room perfect. Nice job Ashley HomeStore team!

Walking into this showroom blew me away. I didn't think a store like this in P.G existed. The salesperson was friendly and I got an amazing deal on a few items I had researched online.

An Ashley HomeStore in Prince George! Great selection at affordable prices. Love the showroom and found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable.
