Deceptive business practices. We bought a fridge and it was delivered to us without the door inserts and with uncapped drill holes in it. When we went back to the store to collect the inserts, we found out they had sent us the floor model, even though we were told we would be sent a new fridge. Follow up customer service was terrible - they did not want to take any accountability for what had happened or offer a replacement fridge. We won't be going back.

Remember when sales reps actually made an effort to satisfy their customers? Don't expect that here. Apparently the 12 sales reps standing around could care less if you ever came back.
