Not the best place if you are looking for great product of office item. This store is understaff. No one would actively approach customer on help. Lazy staff. But they have a lot of office chair selection in store. Free to try. Relatively expensive on files and holders. Limited choices on computer, monitors and unnecessary huge amount of printer refilling ink inventory. The only best thing here is they have Apple products display. Not recommend to visit this store for shopping unless you live nearby.
Placed an order online around 9:30am for a same day business card package. Received an email confirming the order. It's end of business day at this store now, and I still haven't received an email confirming that my order is ready for collection. Tried calling the store more than once today.... nobody picks up the phone. Why offer the service if you cannot provide it???
Oh my gosh Mark and his team turned a errand into a fun day out! I’m new to the country with little idea about where to print off documents and how to post internationally, Id resigned myself to the fact that I’d have to buy a printer and then have to head over to a post office. The team crunched the numbers and we worked out I’d save more by printing in staples at 17c a page and then they helped me post the documents internationally from in the store. The service was exactly what I needed, so lovely that I’m 100% to go back anytime. I need anything. Thanks again Mark and the entire team at Staples
Lisa was really helpful in assisting us with our lamination work and went above and beyond to give us our lamination. There were a lot of laminations carried out. Akashi was also helpful in guiding us with the best option to take in removing printouts. Thanks!

Thanks to Neil for trying to explain why 6 hours later of trying to save and submit why your Design and print app doesn’t work for labels and print me at store. Too bad you can’t hire more people to help in your stocked and neat but understaffed store Off to write out 40 by hand. senior who had done it before Just tried calling: no answer. Done with this store
