Excellent service... We had some trouble with our Xerox Phaser printer recently, and Paul & Ankit were very diligent about finding the problem. Although, unfortunately, the problem was too severe to throw away any more money on it. So we got a new printer from them, and they were great about delivering it and troubleshooting the quality so it was what we expected from a new tabloid color laser. We realized we got a lemon drum at first, but Paul replaced it without hesitation. Thanks Alberta Printer Service. :-

Receptionist can't even tell you the assessment fee directly. She kept saying it's "one o two nighty". Turns out it's $102.90 for them to "take a look at" your printer. Plus $120 per hour plus the accessory costs - So unless it's a thousand dollar printer it's better to get a new one instead.
