Very helpful and friendly customer service. Item was on clearance and the only one left was the floor model. Customer service person made sure the item was in good working order, and even gave an additional discount. The great clearance price got even better! Thank you, Molly!

I just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in many years at Staples in Coos Bay, Or. I wish I had thought to get the somewhat youngish male employees name. I was so upset by the way he talked to me and treated me that I basically rushed out of the store, almost in tears, due to how embarrassed I felt. I was trying to return an item to Amazon prime. This jerk not only didn't want to help me, he more or less told me to to the processing myself, and that way I would learn how to do it myself. He was insulting, unhelpful and just plain rude. I ended up just going to another place of business to process the return. Thank you for your attention. D. Evans

I had an excellent experience with the young man or associate who helped me. He went out of his way to show me the best value I could get if I went a different way with what I needed. His help was well worth it. I ended up saving some money. Also he helped me downloading the Staples app so that I could save even more. Overall I give Staples a 10+. I left feeling happy for all the help I got. I highly recommend Staples to do all your office shopping.
