Very helpful and friendly customer service. Item was on clearance and the only one left was the floor model. Customer service person made sure the item was in good working order, and even gave an additional discount. The great clearance price got even better! Thank you, Molly!

I'm so glad we have this Staples in our town. They do so many things at the store and have so many products. And I never have to wait. They are courteous and knowledgeable.

I just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in many years at Staples in Coos Bay, Or. I wish I had thought to get the somewhat youngish male employees name. I was so upset by the way he talked to me and treated me that I basically rushed out of the store, almost in tears, due to how embarrassed I felt. I was trying to return an item to Amazon prime. This jerk not only didn't want to help me, he more or less told me to to the processing myself, and that way I would learn how to do it myself. He was insulting, unhelpful and just plain rude. I ended up just going to another place of business to process the return. Thank you for your attention. D. Evans

the store is Staples in Coos Bay Oregon. I had problems with both a desk top and a laptop computer. The tech associate, MOLLY, was so easy to talk to, explained everything, was patient with me as an older adult, and SOLVED my problems. Please go and see Molly for any of your computer needs.
