Happy this store is around. We were in a predicament the other day. We were on the road and our hub assembly broke. We called 4 local stores and O'Reily's was the only shop that carried it. Thankfully, we were able to replace the broken hub and get back on our trip.

The store wasn't very busy, so I was able to get the assistance of a staff member with ease. He didn't know what was the least expensive brake grease was however, I discovered a single use package at the register which I bought and saved $3.

They ordered the wrong part twice and still couldn't find the appropriate part so I had to go elsewhere and rent a car for a week as a result. Won't go there again. Staff need to learn to troubleshoot when the computer is not coming up with the right part. We kept pointing to the right part the Manuel was showing but alas they just couldn't figure out why their system was coming up with the wrong part for a Chevy Colbalt at that.
