Edit 7/24: I hear we might lose this Safeway. I would sorely miss the single beer cans and specialty dairy items as well as the friendly customer service faces.nThis is a beautiful location. Veg in the middle of the store is a great idea! Easy in, easy out. Friendly service and there are single cans of hard seltzer! Like every Safeway they still need to work on making sure everything has a price tag. But, to their credit, it wasn't hard to get a price check.
Every time I do a delivery, they ALWAYS get it wrong, make weird substitutions without asking AND forget to deliver items. Luckily I look closely at my receipts. When you call the customer service team always seem super irritated to help and do not offer to deliver the missed items. Such a disappointment how Safeway is in a downward spiral. Just getting worse and worse and it’s our go to! We have been shopping there for years and years but now looking at shopping else where!
This store is really going down hill. I went in to get a large creamer for coffee and they've been out for atleast two days. So ok I went to get flowers and they are pretty much out. Then went to get some sliced lunch meat, completely out. Employees are nice but come on, get it together on your ordering.
This person did a very stupid shoddy job cutting a white bread foot long and that stupid old moron smushed the bread when he cut it. Honestly all of you people freaking suck nMy advice to anyone don't come or use this worthless deli here at the Coos Bay Safeway or North Bend one either. Very sloppy food servingnPlus I would like to see this deli shutdown for goodnnUpdate to my reviewnThis stupid old goat named dave that works at the deli at Coos Bay Safeway did a very stupid job at wrapping up my turkey & cheese footlong and I have proof this moron screwed up or does not even care and I am freaking sick of idiots like him messing up. I don't care if he worked there for a long time and to the owner of that particular Safeway you and the people that work under you don't care about the customers or their family members. You all make me sick and wish to see you permanently shutdown
Great vibes & plenty of options to choose from. Needed a Safeway Gift Card & cashier went out of his way to go grab it for me as I'm an out of towner & had no clue where to find it. Thanks so much & we'll definitely be back in the future!
