I dealt with Mike at Factory Auto Sound for the replacement of the radio in my retirement homes mini-bus. You couldn't ask for a nicer and more courteous person. He took his time explaining every option to me and impressed me with his customer service from the moment I first called in, to the moment I drove the bus away. Absolutely A1 service, I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Mike listened to what I wanted and quickly put together components that fit my budget. I was contacted part way through the installation when they realized I could add another useful component to the system at very little extra cost, I happily accepted the recommendation. The installation was scheduled very soon after my walk in purchase and turned out very clean.

They don't even know what they're talking about and they over charge. They told me to buy a certain harness for my car that they were selling for $100, i went home and bought the same harness for $55 on Amazon, then after it came in, it wasn't even the right harness for my car so i had to return it and buy a new one. I refuse to ever go there again for anything, especially for answers. They ahve a computer to show what parts for what and he cant even read it right and know what part is good

Typical Windsor small business, poor customer service, overpriced for the work they provide... Go elsewhere for stereo installation. Tuinstra’s in Chatham has far superior customer service, explains in detail what work will be done before installation and If you have any issues they resolve the issue within 1 or 2 days...wish I had made the drive, those reading this should 2.
