The staff was most helpful in allowing me to test the adapter I was needing before I purchased it. This was a complete reversal to the attitude I got up the street at the other electronics parts store. Staples will now be my first choice for any parts I might need

We had the best experience at Staples today, Dennis the General Manager went above and beyond to help us. Probably the best customer service experience in a really long time. Thanks for being great :)
