Island Home Furniture

We just recently moved to Campbell River and needed some furniture. We were referred by a friend and we were amazed by the top notch sales, service and delivery. We normally are Costco shoppers but we will be shopping more at Island Home Furniture. Great staff.

Visited island home furniture today, was pleasantly suprised how clean and neat the store was! Canadien made and your choice of fabric and colour. No high pressure sales. The owner was polite and makes you feel welcome and free to shop around without a sales person on your heels.

We were comfortable dealing with salesperson Patti. She is friendly and knowledgeable. We also were happy with the pleasant young men who delivered and efficiently set up the new bed and without hesitation took on the job of switching around another mattress and base and moving it to an upstairs room....Very good service.

We were treated like family at the retail outlet and the delivery was fast and professional the very next day. Tennessee and Sheldon were a delight to deal with at the store and Jason and his partner (so sorry, I have forgotten his name!) were very professional and friendly in their delivery. Kudos all around! To top it all off, we love our new loveseat recliner!
