Went here to look at phones after leaving a Telus store truly disappointed with both selection and service.nI had to stand in line for a bit, but it was very worth the service we got from Micheal. This guy knew his stuff. He got me the best deal for a new phone and got me a plan for less than I was currently playing. He was great to chat with and really personable. He asked why I had chosen the edge opposed to the Ultra I'd had prior... I wanted the Samsung edge because it was smaller. I left happy.nAfter using the edge for a few days I realized the camera was way less quality than the Ultra Micheal had asked about. I went back to return the edge and get the Ultra. This time I was helped by a girl named Megan. She was just as friendly and knowledgeable as Micheal, in most things, but had not done a return before. Micheal came to help with a few things and despite the return process taking time, the first telus rep on the phone just disappeared and left us on the line waiting for half an hour! Megan hung up and tried again, and we were helped by the next telus rep immediately.nI didn't feel put out in the least. Morgan made the entire wait go quickly. She even skipped her lunch to help me transfer the info from one phone to the other, and though lengthy, the process went off without a hitch. While we waited for the transfer to finish, she showed me tvs and I will end up getting a new one. The customer service, conversation and the time and effort both Micheal and Megan put in to ensure I was looked after and happy when I left was over and above. Fabulous!nI hope she enjoyed her lunch, as it was a couple hours late.
I recently received the best customer service from Mitchell when I went in with questions about purchasing a new phone. He handled all of my questions with professionalism and was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was, by far, the best customer service I have received in any establishment in quite sometime.
They do not honour their “lifetime” warranty screen protectors. Purchased one last year and haven’t been able to get a replacement as they refuse to order in for my phone. I was told the only thing they could offer was a cheaper plastic protector instead. The protector they refuse to order in is still available from the manufacturer, even though Best Buy pretends it is discontinued.nnI contacted the support as requested by the review reply, and was told they can’t help me via the support line.
Wow GP Best Buy! Horrible horrible experience. Got an Xbox series x from here, it had crashing issues left right and center. Brought it back, was supposed to get a brand new system and got mailed a refurbished series x as a replacement. Same issue with that one. Just had it brought back today by my brother in law and they tried scamming him out of another $200-$300 when they knew damn well the price we paid for the original series x was over $790. We were told to bring the old console in to be replaced, well now they’ve taken the cords and the controller out of the box. After being hung up on twice with customer service and all the screw around from this location, I don’t see myself EVER shopping there again. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Sneaky and dishonest employees trying to make extra cash with lies. I don’t think I’ll ever shop here again.nnOnly reason Best Buy started doing something is because I called Microsoft/xbox first by mistake and the guy I spoke to from there was beyond pissed off when I told him the whole story.nnAs a company like this you would think Best Buy would have a better minimum standard.nnAfter looking at the receipt they took the cords and controller and this console is only worth $599.99?!?! I’m going to have an absolute blast when you fix all this bs!
horrible experience with store manager, they just make their own rules and conditions. She didn't help me at all and she is having lots of attitude problem. Very poor customer service skills. Purchased phone and they gave me the membership and when I tried to cancel it they told me i have to pay 200 dollars, they didn't explain me this when I purchased my phone.
