Great service, people were friendly and forthcoming. Lots of availability of different items. They have the delivery services as well, Purolator, dhl, and fedex. I would recommend as a one stop shop for all of their service. Great selection of printers. I would for sure say they are very expensive on their electronics, so I would shop online first before coming.
I needed help printing a set of playing cards that I had designed. Lanie helped at the store today and she was a great help! She walked me through the process, helped me transfer the files over and was great at problem solving every hiccup that was encountered. I had doubts going to staples for printing needs due to a negative experience a few years ago, but my experience today changed my mind completely. I’ll be going there for all my future printing needs!
Don’t go to staples for any laptop or iPads . I am not sure if it is only this staples or all the locations does that . Staples like to play this game with you .They will display all the laptops with the deals on them . But whichever you pick they said they dont have it In The stock . Then you will ask them if you can buy the one on the display they say no because they will be getting more of them so they cannot sell you the one you like . So you ask them if you can order online and pay it in the store . Then they say we don’t even have it in the warehouse . AND THEN They will offer you a higher price one which doesn’t has nothing that you like ,not even any better . I do not understand the point of displaying something which you cannot order or cannot sell in store . They don’t even have the product anywhere not in the store or warehouse . He said he will ask the manager that means she could have said yes to sell me the display one but no she said to offer the more expensive one . Anyways I wish I could give 0star to this one since it already happened to me last year . This year I might go somewhere else.
Poor customer service !! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !!! Ordered items online and no one answers any category of "press this or press that" .. Just says to call back shortly.. What the #$%$ !!! Even online chat is a joke ... "Bot" has no idea what to do other than repeat its self until you get frustrated and hangup.
We went to the print shop 3 days in a row and Andrew helped us each time. He was beyond helpful and accommodating to everything we needed. We really appreciated his kindness and patience! Thank you Andrew for making our experience so simple and easy!
Came in early December and the customer service was extremely slow. We were supposed to be picking up a 24-h calendar ordered 25 hours ago and it wasn’t ready. There was apparently an employee on break which caused line-ups down the aisle for both printing and shipping. The employee actually doing his job didn’t know how to do it so we were stuck waiting for the guy on an hour lunch break to come back despite being told it would be “2 minutes”. It ended up being over an hour. If they had been honest from the beginning we would have left to get groceries and came back later. As it was we were strung along by “10 more minutes” over and over. Horribly wasteful and dishonest. Finally, the quality of the custom-printed calendar was not good. It’s basically just regular paper with a laminated cover. Cannot compete with Costco printed calendars or any stock calendar at Hallmark. Do not come here in December for anything print/pick-up/shipping related as you will be sorely disappointed.
Despite one person in our party starting the conversation with a somewhat Karen-y attitude, we were treated well. I didn't catch the worker's name, but he was intent on being as helpful as possible and was reasonably polite, considering what he had to do for us. Thank you for carrying the product to the register.
Disappointed with the quality of the passport photos for the price they're charging for it. Colors looked dull and image wasn't sharp, easy to notice these on first glance. The staff member who attended to us was polite, but lacked in giving guidance. I ended up getting a photo where I was facing at a slight angle and there was some glare on my forehead. As soon as he took the photo, he said "it looks good" then walked away in a rush without even asking me to review it. Decided to trust his judgment as I figured he knew better than I did but this was a bad call on my part. Got photos done previously at their Burnaby branch and was given helpful feedback that led to better photos.
I would like to thank Isabel for her kind and professional service. I was really feeling frustrated then she came to my rescue. She was patience with my needs and was able to get the task done.
It's a great place to find all office supplies with friendly staff. My last visit to drop off a Purolator package was not pleasant though. They are Short of staff and nobody was at shipping section to take care of big line of customers. For my next shipment drop-off for sure I'll find somewhere else. The printing section is also time consuming and if you're in rush you can't get it on time normally.
