It is located at the best location in city. Have a spacious parking lot. Service is just up to the mark. But really need major renovations inside out. If you can compromise on cleanliness and service than money, this place is most suitable. Easy access to the city. Really great view of sunrise and sunset. Quiet place. I had to ask the maintenance people to change the sheets and bedcovers. Place is safe from bedbugs. One thing you don't have to worry. Dim lighting in the rooms.

This place should be shut down. I bookrd a room for a husband who has to spend 4 nights there and im in utter SHOCK! As to how this place is kept. He went in his room just go find holes in the wall, bathroom door. The ceiling is gross? The fan looks like its never been cleaned. The bathroom has mildew on the ceiling and the shower head was absolutley disgusting. Dead flies wete stuck to the wall and cobbwebs everywhere. This place should be shut down. I swear they paid thier customers to give them atleast a decent review. Attrocious!!! The only reason why i give it one star is because i cant post this review without it.

Bed was clean. Shower wasn't. Old shampoo packs in it. Very basic. Owner was friendly

Poorly managed and very dirty
Cob Webs in the corners, drug bags found in one of the drawers, there was a sanitized band on the toilet but when we opened it there were fieces inside, none of the windows locked and the towels were never changed on top of all that someone broke into the room nextdoor at 4am waking us up when I asked the front desk guy to speak with a manager he said he was the manager and didn't seem to care about all these issues so I asked to speak with a owner and he said he had no contact information for a owner and there was nothing he could do.
I wouldn't even use this place as a last resort I travel quite often and have never in my life seen such a neglected motel/hotel

I would say that the owner/ manager has given up. The rooms are tired and in desperate need of a deep and detailed clean. The suite had a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. It appears that due to ventilation issues, when cooking, someone had removed the smoke detector (which I am sure is against the fire code). The utensils and cookware are sadly lacking and wash and drying cloths were unavailable when I requested them. A baking tray but no oven glove. One pot (thankfully not aluminium) but no lid. A coffee machine but no filters. No kettle and no suitable jug for heating water in the microwave. The fridge was also grubby when we checked in.
Once again a non smoking room, in a BC motel, that has ash trays outside the room which is clearly against the law banning smoking within 3 metres of a doorway or air intake (which includes air conditioners and windows). This hotel has great views over Williams Lake which is a plus but also means it catches the full sun most of the day. The air conditioner failed to provide any cool air at all. The windows also did not have bug screens in an area of BC renowned for its bugs and proved to be the only way to get any cool air into a warm room.
The bath room also needs a deep clean, new hinges for the shower door and desperately needs some hooks for towels and clothes. It would not be unexpected that a suite with two sleeping areas might be shared by a group of people that do not necessarily want to run around naked in front of each other.
On a plus side, the gas stove and oven worked very well, the sheets were cotton (a rarity at this level), the linen and towels were un-scented (again a rarity these days) and nice and clean. The pillows were the best pillows I have experienced in a hotel/ motel for years.
Surprisingly, in an almost empty motel, the manager placed a late check in (1 am) right next to our room rather than spread them out so we got to experience their shower, door slamming and generally loud conversation as they worked out where everything was for an hour when we would rather have been sleeping.
The rubbish skip was prominently featured in the car park, in front of the rooms as if it was an additional feature. Obviously because this is where it was easiest for the rubbish truck to service it. It should have been tucked into the service area at the rear and the collection driver can practice his three point skills.
Overall the suite (separate bedroom) did the job. We had a bed each, the linen was clean, we were able to cook our own meals (important as Williams Lake is not blessed with a wide variety of culinary choices), eat them, make lunches and get cleaned after mountain biking. Our room was at ground level with a car park immediately in front of it which allowed easy unloading and loading. We were able to wash our mountain bikes and store them in our room without the manager having a hissy fit about it.
We were also allowed to have a pet in the room and were not charged the kind of pet fee that one normally associates with a serious civil infringement (other hotels take note, for most dogs or cats, it does not take, and you certainly do not dedicate, $40 worth of additional cleaning time to the room. If there have been damages in the past implement a damages deposit policy for pets instead).
So, in summary, it did the job in a town where it otherwise proved impossible to find a motel or hotel that had two separate beds, a kitchenette and allowed pets.
