Stackers Pancake House

I am surprised how people complain about time and service sometimes even though they see it’s really busy and not understanding the fact that this is not Tim Horton’s or Mac Donald’s where they have no problem sometimes in waiting forever for one black coffee. I have been coming to stackers since it was opened. No complaints so far. It’s obvious that sometimes we have to wait little longer than usual time in rush hours. However it’s worth waiting and truly compensated your waiting time with great quality of food and service. Great job stackers 👍👍

Almost 30 minutes to get our order, two coffee refills. We are a party of three two adults and one child. We've been very patient but finally followed up on our order. No apologies from the hostess/server and instead was condescending, like it wasn't our business to follow up. That said, the food is good and portions are generous. Kids' menu doesn't include free refills as we had to pay $1.99 for another small cup of milk. Staff aren't as friendly. We never been acknowledged, welcomed or greeted the moment we walked in and to that I'm giving it one star. Our experience here isn't stellar but do wish this establishment success and hope they correct these service issues.

Visited on Monday afternoon, the restaurant was full. As soon as we enter, we were taken to the table, and served with coffee right away. I ordered clubhouse sandwich with Poutine and my wife ordered Spanish omelette. We got our order in less than 10 mints, that was quick… food was delicious and portions were huge.. We had to use the take out containers for the left over. I have been to many restaurants in Toronto and Barrie, but when I compare the portion that I got at other places, they were way smaller than Stackers’. Friendly customer service and our coffee were refilled about 4 times….I personally think that prices are fare for the unlimited coffee refills, jam, and the portion that I got. Best restaurant for family and friends…must visit… J

I give for star because really the portion are big. Service is slow as hell, I sat 1h30 in this place and we ordered only a 2 eggs with sausage and Apple pancake. Taste amazing, portion too big, not finish the plates. I would gladly gave half the portion for half time service
