Bought a cake here last minute for my parents anniversary. I got the strawberry shortcake. It was very good. They use real whipped cream and even in mid September the strawberries were very good. The cake was not very sweet and everyone enjoyed it. They even decorated a plaque for me. Their pricing is reasonable as well.

Literally the worst customer service. I went there 2 weeks ago to order my son's 2nd birthday cake. My son loves cars, I had to flip through the book 3 times because they didn't have any of the car theme toys and I really wanted my son to get to have the toy car afterwards. Np, things happen. Finally we settle on a cake that their sister store has in stock after about 5-10 minutes. The night before pick up, at 5pm, I get a call from this place saying they dont have the cars in stock and if its ok, they will do a picture of a car..to which I replied...no, I wanted toy cars on top, not a picture. NO apologies by the way, not even a hint of remorse from these people. I sat on the phone for 9 minutes arguing with them for some sort of compensation and when they finally realized I wasn't letting it go, they gave me a $20 refund. Still no apology either. My husband went the following day to pick up the cake, they opened it for him and magically it has a car so he was happy and they actually treated him nicely and still gave him the discount. Very sweet....well when he got home and i looked at the cake...it is not like the photo i chose at all...his name is spelled wrong...and he has one of the most common names in the world...Michael. how do you screw up Michael????? I even spelled it for the lady when she took the order! Me being currently pregnant with twins, i am hormonal and emotional so of course it made me cry because this entire experience was just terrible!!!! I have never in my life been so disappointed..and to top it off, the cake wasnt even that great, I took one bite and pushed it aside...A PREGNANT LADY PUSHED A NUTELLA CAKD ASIDE! Total trash..this entire bakery should be embarrassed...

Went here Dec 23 to get desserts for Christmas Eve. During an ice storm and it was still busy. However, I'm very happy to say the place was well staffed and they were very quick to hand out and serve people. I had the pastries I went there for within 3 minutes which is very fast considering it was busy I expected there to be low staff but I didn't feel there was. I also ended up getting lunch for the family out there hot table which had a great selection had that food paid for and was out in less than 10 minutes total. Pastries were very good food was exceptional. Everything is on the more pricey side but everything is freshly made so you definitely get what you pay for I will definitely be coming back to this bakery again and again. If you have not tried it and have a "usual" bakery that you go to, as do I and I think most people that even go to bakeries have a typical one they go to at least try this one it's great adding it to my list of "must trys"!

This is my go to spot for lunch when I am in the area. I order a rice ball with 2 side salads. Everything is great, but not amazing. Also enjoyed the homemade donut, which was very enjoyable. The place is always busy, never had a problem with quick and nice service. Prices are a little high, but the food is great.

Where do I start? The day before my God son's 2nd bday party the bakery calls me to tell me they didnt add "cars" on the cake like I requested and paid for. I had to fight for over 15 minutes for a discount. Finally they gave in. AND THEN.... When Im about to serve the cake, I notice his name it spelt wrong! I never met more incompetent people in my life. Word of advice, triple check the instructions and call to make sure they get it right.

They have a beautiful selection of cakes and pastries. My favorite is the Tira Misu cake. Till date, I haven’t had a perfect Tira Misu like theirs. The service is really great and the location isn’t too hard to find. And it’s just a wonderful feeling looking at all those beautiful cakes while waiting for your order. Highly recommend this place for all the occasions, because it’s someone’s birthday somewhere!

Great looking place with welcoming selection of merchandise and products. It's very unfortunate customer service is lacking when there are 3 staffs behind the counter and no one acknowledges you even tho they are not busy and noticed you.

I tried the sfoglia cake recently and it was delicious. I heard you guys are known for this cake and I am glad there is a location nearby. You can even meet up with friends for a coffee. They have an seating area by the window. Reminder Dec 24 the and 31st: open from 10am -5pm.

Nutella and Custard Bomboloni tasted good but there was almost no filling inside. Very disappointed considering that I'm paying $3 each for it and getting 95% dough inside. I bought it before and I had no complaints as it was packed with filling but maybe this batch wasn't as good. Quality is inconsistent in my experience.

The veal price said 5.99, after we paid for some stuff we realized something was off, I asked how much the veal was & she said $9 plus $1 per topping, I mentioned the sign price & she agreed but didn't know why it went up to $9 other than the added bun price. Won't be returning for hidden fee's.
