Oh So Sweet

We had ordered from Oh So Sweet in the past for some family that had nut allergies but never like we had done this visit and everything was wonderful!! We ordered over 2 dozen decorated cupcakes,over 2 dozen cake pops individually wrapped and decorated and about 4 dozen mixed cookies and everything looked amazing in the presentation and tasted even better. Our family was complimenting the sweets the entire night and were all inquiring where we bought them for future reference. Thank you everyone at Oh So Sweet for such a wonderful experience. Ordering was so easy, pick up was a breeze and the food was incredible. Can't wait for another excuse to order more tasty treats as they were amazing!! Highly recommend you to everyone.

I would give zero stars if i could. ordered a cake for my sons Bday. ordered a minecraft cake; while talking on the phone with the person she said for $150 i can do an 8 inch round cake and put a mincraft character on the top. I thought that would be great. the day of the party i picked up a cake that had a picture printed with the edible paper and an iced cake. it looked the same as a $40 fortinos cake. It was also a very dense cake that didn't taste good. Greatly overpriced!! Still can't believe the amount i paid for the cake i got. Disgusting really!! would never order nor recommend anything from this shop again.

Best wedding cake ever ! It nearly all went. I keep getting messages from family members trying to get their hands on the small coveted leftovers. The flavour was so fresh, homemade and not too sweet one of the main reasons I usually hate icing. We had strawberry shortcake for 2 layers and lemon for the other two. Thank you ROSE ! You were so accommodating and reliable and you delivered the most delicious cake

I definitely recommend ordering your special celebration cake from this bakery. The owner is excellent at what she does and staff are pleasant. We have always loved every cake we've ordered.

What a fantastic place great customer service and delicious products we bought 6 cupcakes and Alyssa was so sweet and helped us out so well... I cant wait to order my husband's 50th birthday cake. I wanted to provide you with my feedback in regards to the large 1st birthday order for Matteo that was picked up on March 31.  The cake was not well done at all and not made exactly as discussed.  To try ensure that this would not happen I provided you with exact photos of how I wanted it to look and gave very detailed instructions on any changes that were to be made.  The cake looked like it was forgotten about and was made in a hurry.  Speaking of in a hurry while we are on that topic, the next time someone has a large order, please be more organized during their pick up.  As I was told, my order was so scattered around the building candle hidden in the back with the baker's, cake in another room etc. that I was not given my smash cake.  The receipt was taken away from my husband who was not aware of everything that I ordered he left trusting the order was complete.  As mentioned the smash cake was not picked up.  The grandmother of the birthday boy had to sacrifice time instead of celebrating with her grandson, to sit in Saturday afternoon Vaughan traffic to come pick the cake up. As for the main cake, the finishing lines between the tiers were very poor and not straight.  The colour cut was very jagged and not straight.  The top tier was not a consistant black.  There were shiny areas and dull areas patched all over. The name was barely legible as it looked very faded.  The red colour that was used in the middle tier was by far the worst part of the cake.  It was an extremely dull flat red.  In some lights it almost looked burgundy.  I am in complete disbelief how and why such a colour was used when I again provided a photo with a vibrant red that is not out of the ordinary for Mickey Mouse... It is the red that Walt Disney used to design the cartoon!  In the photo that I provided and as discussed in person certain instructions were ignored.  The middle tier was far too short in height and the yellow feet were not there at all!  There were 2 yellow circles in the centre of the tier which.  Until now I'm not even certain if those were supposed to be buttons or an attempt at Mickey's feet.  The cake pops "red" was closer to a rose pink. I would have appreciated to have known in advance during the process of accepting over $550 of my money that you don't have a regular red as I would have taken my order elsewhere which will be happening from this day forth.  I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product received.  This event took months of planning and was very special as it was my son's first birthday which we cannot ever replicate again.. It is a real shame that the trust I put into your company has failed me.

Loved how these desserts turned out! They were really tasty too. Loved the sugar cookies and the donuts were the best. They were so accommodating and friendly. They let me use one of my past deposits from an event that got cancelled last year during the start of COVID towards this order. Very reasonable pricing too for such cute desserts.

We ordered Gluten free, dairy free cupcakes and they were delicious. We enjoyed each and every bite of it, specially strawberry shortcake were amazing and so soft. Thank You for complete team for making those cupcakes at such a short notice and making my son's birthday so special.
