I delivered here and had an amazing experience. Caring and attentive staff, a well-executed unplanned C-section that kept me and my baby safe thank you Dr. Tedrick!, and I felt heard, valued, and respected throughout my entire experience. I felt I was in great hands and so appreciate all the staff that were involved in my birth experience. Nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists, food staff, lactation, pediatrician, and more were all thorough, kind, and respectful.nnIn addition to this, we also had to take a 6 week old baby to the ER in the middle of the night. The staff involved in my infant’s care were also thorough in communicating, testing, and didn’t keep us there any longer than necessary. There was great follow-up from the ER team with our pediatrician which made us really feel cared for.nnI also have a family member who has received care in many units including ICU and Telemetry and has been treated very well.nnThe food that is delivered to the rooms and the food in the cafeteria are both excellent! The whole facility is very clean and well-kept, and it is nice to be in a newer, updated facility. The staff waiting to check you in at the doors and the information staff have also been very friendly, helpful, and respectful.nnHospitals are generally difficult places to be in. This review does not reflect a perfect hospital where you will have a perfect experience every time with no frustrations. However, in my experience, the staff truly care about their patients and their work, and I trust St Luke’s Nampa with the care of me and my family when we should need it.
Nampa orthopedic clinic and theater team are awesome.nI had shoulder surgery not long ago and the experience I had was great.nEach of the Professionals I met was exceptionally good.nFrom greeters to check in desk to the theater staff.nI was anxious and a little nervous about the procedure but I was able to calm down when I realized everyone of them is on top of their assignment.
Due to my newly added fenotonin...in addition to my KEPPRA anti-seizure med. I seized out majorly and was removed from my home taken to ER. I had venipunctures in my back. A catheter in addition to these images. Very frightening and frustrating...I was disoriented on the next morning until the afternoon of the next day...where I demanded to be released. They wanted to keep my unil the next day? I then called and asked Mary Ann to come & to get me. I drove home. 8pm and I'm still up. Not as restless as before, but...
Had an amazing birthing experience with my second baby here. Everyone was so thorough and attentive through my entire stay. I had many scary complications and everyone in the ER and birthing center handled everything seamlessly. My nurses in the birthing center were incredible. I will never be able to thank Kelsey and Mara enough for being so attentive, sweet, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Tried everything in their power to give me the birthing experience I wanted. When it was clear that intervention was needed, my whole team knew exactly how to bring my baby girl into the world safely. My anesthesiologist Scott went above and beyond to explain everything he was administering, give me updates on my vitals, and calm my fears during one of the scariest days of my life. I also loved how the care I received didn’t decrease after I gave birth. After my daughter was here, my nurses continued to be so attentive and helpful to both of us. Everyone that cared for us were great, but the 3 people mentioned above made a world of difference for my husband and I as we navigated such a scary and stressful birthing experience highly recommend st Luke’s birthing center
I am so glad I chose to go to this emergency room. The doctors and nurses were very compassionate here. They made sure to thoroughly check me to make sure I was alright. I felt very cared for. The nurse also was super gentle putting in my IV, I barely felt it. They got me in quick, I couldn't breathe! I am so grateful for their service. Also when I came in for tests during my pregnancy, I had similar nice experiences. Excellent hospital.
