St Luke's Clinic - Family Medicine: Fruitland

I am left shaking my head in shock over the way the staff treated my husband tonight. We went to have a cut on his arm looked at and flued shut. We pulled up to the doors at 7:55, right as one of the front desk people were coming to lock the doors, she saw us pull up and my husband climb out of the car. She completely ignored him and continued to lock the door and walked away. We had called ahead of time to find out if they would let him in if we arrived right before 8, and were told if you get here by 7:55 we will let you in. We were there, infact when we pulled into the parking lot there sign still said open! And the fact that she ignored him and didn't even have the courtesy to say anything or even acknowledge him is so unprofessional! I will be calling the office in the morning to complain.

I love Melissa Parsons. I've gone to get for everything I've needed in the last 5 years. So easy to talk to and understand.

I go to Dr. David and I haven't had a better experience. He is straight forward with me and is really helping me reach my health goals.

Awesome facility. We don't go anywhere else for care. Caring staff and physicians. I have never been disappointed with treatment received at this facility, whether it be urgent, emergency, or PCP care.
