Dr. Carroll and all staff at Healthcare with Heart discriminate against those who are autistic, and he has too many patients to handle as it is. If you are a recovering addict let me help you: do not come here. They already have their outlook on you as soon as you walk in the door, and they have no interest in helping those who really need it.
when I first met dr. Carol he was a wonderful doctor he would take the time to explain what was going on with me and everything else , two weeks before I was to have surgery due to me losing my car, I'm stranded in Nampa and not able to make it to my appointment in payette and do that I'm on SSI I'm on disability and they told me I had to pay $100 cash before doctor carroll would see me, not only that I was also told that I would not be receiving none of my medications I was supposed to have tests done before surgery I find that this doctor at this time is not a good doctor , I turned to alcohol do to my pain he doesn't care he has no concerns over my stable bility of my health. I takeseizure medication and not having my medication for the last month I had a seizure this doctor does not care about his patients. I find it to be very disturbing and I would hope and think that you would find another doctor somewhere else. Julie Chandler
