St. Lawrence Health System Medical Campus

I have been very pleased with this facility over the years, but was recently told over the phone that I didn’t need a referral from my Dr to see their PA in orthopedics after completing physical therapy on my shoulder. I arrive for my appointment and am told I need a referral The receptionist laid it out to me what the procedure actually is for my particular insurance which I appreciate, but I wish that whoever I talked to when I made the appointment was as aware of those policies as her. I will be back. With the proper credentials but now that’s several months away, and my shoulder isn’t getting any better

This rating is on the facility itself, not any of the DRs/Offices inside. There is plenty of parking! The building is brand new so it's really nice inside. It's very open, and gets a ton of natural light. The building is currently various DR offices. Eventually it will become the hospital.

They have been excellent with taking care of my husband's broken arm.

They are very thorough and they are very pleasant
