horrible to their employees, i worked there for 6 weeks and attempted to give a 2 weeks notice however they didn’t except it and told me that i wasn’t needed. they do not have enough employees at all for the amount of people that need help. also Christina the supervisor of the aids was laughing in my face as i was extremely upset about being let go before my 2 weeks was up. 0/5 do not work here
Nice place if you need home healthcare.
I was very dissappointed in the defamation that was put on my character. I'm not gonna get on here & bad mouth anyone because, that just shows a distasteful character on my part. However; I do hope scheduling is corrected due to the fact that clients are rightfully allotted the full-time through their insurance companies for their care & should never be cheated. When it takes 1/2 in travel, the company should give their employees 40 mins to get there depending on weather & road conditions, 15 mins won't cover a 1/2 travel & the staff are left trying to explain to the clients the reason. Unlike this company I will only say; good luck & I hope someday they get everything together. A last tip: listen to your employees suggestions & concerns because as the saying goes there is no I in team.
I knew that I wanted to have a job helping people. HSNNY made this possible by training me and making me a part of their team. I have always found the schedulers to be very good at making a schedule that works with my availability. An excellent place to work.
I worked for them for just almost a year and it has been nothing but unorganized management they act like they appreciate you at first but when you start getting into it more they start showing you that you dont matter to them they never communicate so you never know what to do because one person tells you one thing and the other somthing different I work at the nursing home and I also had.told them that they should take me off their sceduale due to there are residents at the nursing home on precautions for covid'19 and they still wanted me to go in other elderly houses and I told them no and they got mad at me and they told.me.you will never be able to get hired again I said that is ok I already had put my 2 works in at this point but like I said very unorganized and poor management
this place is a joke. they only hire certain people but wanna cry that they are low on staffing. i have much experiance as i was med certified and a cna but they denied me. i would not reccomend this company to anybody
They provide the excellent care to the patients right inside their homes. You guys are doing the amazing job, Great work.
A great place to work! I would highly recommend this place to any CNA who is looking for a job!
