Reachout of St Lawrence County

I got mixed opinions about reachout. You never know what to expect with the very few staff working there. Some know what they're doing and some don't, and I've had to put up with a lot of toxicity. There's like only a couple of people who know what they're doing. I highly doubt I will ever call them again. I feel the same way about a lot of emotional support hotlines. There's just a lot of people who don't know what they're doing. I've got a lot of pent-up frustration that very few people know how to understand.

The guy that just answered the phone was a complete dissappointment .

I called to ask about the nearest Crisis center, and REACHOUT didn't know about the new Crisis Center in Ogdensburg New York! So I just want everyone to know that there is one and it is open!

I had an incredibly helpful and supportive person helping me. They stayed with me until I felt safe to take care of myself and told me I could always call back. These are great people who care about helping others.
