Completely incompetent admin staff who do not follow up with important specialist referrals or requests. Multiple fax requests ignored and they lie to you that they never received them. Doctors are very pleasant however dealing with the admin assistants is a waste of time. They simply don’t care about your health.

Love my doctor, he is amazing and patient. But it is impossible to call to get an appointment. It doesn’t matter what time you call, no one ever picks up. I am honestly thinking about finding a different doctor’s office that will care enough about my health to answer me.

Unprofessional staff with zero client service. I wish I didn't go there.
